Mr. Shi has been the Director of China Baowu Overseas Mining Investment Project Office, Chairman of Baowu Resources Co., Ltd and Chairman of Baosteel Resources (International) Co., Ltd since February 2022.
Mr. Shi was formerly the Director of Safety Production Supervision Department, Energy & Environmental Protection Department and Technology Innovation Department of China Baowu, President Assistant of Baosteel, Executive Director of Baosteel Yancheng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. and Chief Commander of Yancheng Iron & Steel Engineering Command Headquarter. Mr. Shi was also previously the President of Meisteel (Meishan) Company, Executive Director of Meishan Company, Chairman of Meisteel and Chairman of Nanjing Baoland Company.
